First I was smilin', now I'm stressin'

We couldn't be happier that soon we'll own at BCV. Waiting on closing documents, expect to be in "the system" by end of March. But now, I'm increasingly anxious about getting reservations...We're planning a 6 day trip in September with very flexible dates. Am actually shooting for BWV studio (x2), with second choice OKW studio (x2) for that trip. Are these realistic hopes, or should I have plan C prepared? I thought owning was going to be fun!

Don't stress- last year I was able to get reservations within a month of going in September at OKW and SSR. I got BWV studio for my daughter at about 2 months out for Sept so think you should be fine. If you can't get BWV try the wait list but have a backup at OKW and make sure you understand how the whole waitlist thing works. If it was the last week of Sept or into Oct that would be another story for BWV since F&W festival will be going on. Owning is more fun than you have ever imagined- just be a lttle flexible and the magic happens. Welcome home and have a great trip - maybe we'll see you there - we are going 9/19-9/29 2 BR at OKW.

Relax and congrats to you and your family........
As Castleri said you can book OKW and go on a wait list for BWV. BCV was my first choice and couldn't get in unless I tried the resale market..we ended up with the BWV which is just fine with us. We leave in 5 days for our first trip home....

congratulations and welcome home. I would think you have a decent chance of getting at least one of your requests. The worst case scenario would be to take any other DVC studio and waitlist the others you want if they are not immediately available.
