Pre Trip Report. My family me(28), Kev (29), Kaya (6) and Dev (1 1/2) are going to Disneyland for the first time. May 5th thru May 11th. My father is a Disney fanatic, so of course I came out the same way.
We will be arriving late monday night and are planning to check out Character Wearhouse then check into Candy Cane Inn.
Tuesday is Disneyland day, YEAH!! We plan to enjoy the free breakfast then head over to DL early, MM. We will hit up fantasyland first then head over to Toontown. I'm not to sure how long things will take, especially will an infant, but my plan is just to let the kids enjoy the rides and sight and just go with the flow. After TT we'll head over the Critter Country then head back to the hotel for a little nap. Don't know what attractions we'll go to in the evening??
Wednesday is Universal Studios then Downtown Disney later that night.
Thursday is DL again. Planning on going to the bigger rides pending how the kids are handling. Lunch at Blue Bayou, I've heard so many good things about that place plus my Dad is making me go.
Friday is going to hectic I already know. Planning on going to DCA, watch the Electric Parade then hustle over to catch the Fireworks Show and maybe even Fantasmic at DL.
Saturday we'll be enjoying Goofy's kitchen for breakfast then going over to Knott's Berry Farm.
Sunday (boo hoo) we'll be heading home.
I am so excited that it's only about 2 more weeks away, I already have the kids luggage packed. The only thing I am a little worried about is how Dev is going to handle. But I do know one thing, as soon as we see the smile on their faces, it will be well worth it.
