I turned in a paper 'late.'
Supposedly the teacher reminded me 'face-to-face' yesterday.
Impossible because I was at the nurse during her class yesterday.

But whatever.
Yay!

I got my first today also for a very stupid reason also I got caught reading a piece of paper my friend wrote which she said loser on about another person thankfully she ended up getting one also but now i'm a bad kid

My first detention was in 5th grade. My 5th grade teacher absolutely sucked. If we forget to do our homework three times and get three "memos" [slips of paper saying you didn't do your homework] you got detention. It was so stupid. =/ I had to write... "what I should do to not get a detention" I got two detentions in 6th grade but I won't talk about that...

I didn't do my homework so i got detention.
I was supposed to get it again for something i forget about but it ended up that i didnt have to go.

I've never got a central (full blown hour long detention) but I've had to stay after class a bunch of times.
I don't mind it, it's a good way to get homework done :]

Im a bad kid.
I got it like 5 times this year because of stupid homework.
My first was on the 3rd week of 6th grade.
I fell over a kid and he fell over too, he said I tripped him on purpose

We get detentions for being late to class 3 times...or cutting class. That's about it...and yes I've gotten detentions before.

...besides recess detention for 3 days for getting into a fight at recess.

Yeah my school gives detention for the STUPIDEST reasons. I have 2 lockers, one for my books and one for extra stuff.

Well one day I left my extra locker open on accident (its really hard to close) and I got detention. All my other detentions have been from handing in progress reports or report cards in late. (I have a habit of forgetting) or not passing in sports uniforms. Nothign too bad.

I got my first detention last thursday in Wood Shop.
It was because my table was "talking" during the national anthem.
But then he only had us in for a minute and said that he would let us off with a warning and if we talked again we would get a 45 minute detention.

I hate my Wood Shop Teacher.

one of them was logical (i didn't turn in my homework)

I have amazed myself. I have never gotten a detention, and I have been verry bad at school.. i havnt done my homework for ages

My friend had 7 1 hour after school detentions last term (term=10 weeks of school) and 1, 2 hours on a friday and 2 15 minutes afterschool/lunchtime.
