First cruise without kids - suggestions?

Will be doing our first cruise as a couple after having done many with our kids since 2009. We are so used to catering to them that it feels like a bit of new territory thinking about ourselves while on a cruise. We are on a 5-night sailing on Mariner this July.

Suggestions for what you may have not thought about doing when you cruised with your kids, that you particularly enjoyed doing without kids? Thinking of booking the Chef's table as an option.

We've never cruised without the kids but they spend most of their time in the teen club, so we always do a couple nice dinners (Chops, sushi), massages, wine tasting and lots of time in the adult area hot tubs.

If the ship has a thalasso therapy pool and thermal suite as part of the spa (for example, Radiance of the Seas) buy a couples' pass for the duration. It's a lovely way to spend some time each day.
