I booked a Cat V room on a 3 night cruise on the Dream as a little getaway for my wife and I without the children. Now we are starting to feel a little guilty and may end up adding the children to the stateroom and asking our oldest daughter, SIL, and grandson if they would like to go. So we would add my 2 younger daughters to our Cat V and probably get a Cat 5 for the others.
My first question is can my Wife and I board the ship at a different time than my daughters in the same Stateroom? They will probably fly in on the day of the cruise due to scheduling. I know that's not idea to fly on the same day but it may be the only way they can do it.
Second question in regards to Concierge benefits, should I add my grandson to our reservation in order to take advantage of any character meet perks, if any, for him.
And Lastly, for now, a multi part question about cabanas on Castaway Cay. If we decided to do a Family cabana, is it correct to assume my 2 year old grandson will be counted towards the occupancy? So we would have 7 total and that would be an additional $50? If we decided not to get a cabana is it unethical to offer to get it for a fellow Diser who may be on the same cruise, since that is one of the perks of Concierge rooms
Thanks in advance for any help.
