On 5/16/04 Will be our First Cruise as a family not a first for my hubby but a first for me and my 15 month old girl. We are doing the 7nite land and sea which starts on 5/13/04 but we leave here in Detroit on May 8th we are catching the Train. Everything on the trip is a first its our anniversary of 3yrs 5/17/04 I"m so excited I wanted to do a spa for that day but i'm not sure. I can't wait till we leave I never been on a Cruise before so i'm glad my first cruise will be with Disney. What can I expect from it. I"m so nervous Hubby makes fun of me saying that they are gonna show Titantic while we are on the ship. i didn't find that funny at all. But I can't wait I know I won't have any time to my self. oh well

LovinGoofy, don't worry! I just went on my first cruise EVER. I was worried at first, but I soon calmed down. Only to fight a bout of sea sickness! I bought SeaBands and was surprised they worked! If you don't know if you get sea sick, they sell the bands on the ship.

You can expect to stay up late (we slept at 2am almost every night), and wake up early (6am!! You need to get good seats on the beach!) There's so much to do, it'll make the days fly by (unfortunately!)

Be sure to book your spa appointment the day you board. Their books fill QUICKLY. My mom did a massage, my sister did a massage and pedicure and I did a manicure. It was SO relaxing.

You'll have TONS of time to yourself. The kids are kept busy from 9 till 1am! Even the tots! (The kid's counselors give you a pager in case they need to find you.) There's also babysitting services for the young ones.

Enjoy and relax!!!!

That Cruise was ok i enjoy Disney World more I though that there was going to be a seires of buffets but it wasn't i enjoy the breakfast buffett very much so. Um the Gloden Mickeys was very exciting i love it and so did my little girl and hubby. I like our room. um the first nite i felt the boat move i wasn't too fond of that we didn't do too much on the ship but it was fun for the most part. My daughter ate sand on the beaches lol she wasn't to please with the water at bahamas or on castaway. but it was ok.princess: Pink 25Harrington
