First Cruise and It’s Disney Booked With Dreams …

I know WDW; when to book this and do that. I know nothing about cruising.

I have reached out to my Dreams Agent several times unsuccessfully to ask when various trip planning decisions have to be made (excursions, specific dining, cabanas, etc).

Will they reach back out to me ?

Sorry you haven't had a response. Did you double-check the email address that it doesn't have a typo?

Anyway -- to answer your questions: first time cruisers with a non-concierge booking can reserve excursions and adult dining at 75 days before embarkation. That includes cabanas on Castaway Cay -- but unless you are booked concierge please do not get your hopes up for a cabana.

You can check the dates online yourself as well either on the Disney cruise line website or with the Disney cruise line navigator app after inputting your DCL reservation #. (You'll want to get the app before your cruise anyways as 90% of the ship info is on it--your dining rotation, daily activity schedules, dining hours, etc. The app doesn't have this full functionality until you're at the port connecting to the ships wifi while in airplane mode.)

When I log into my cruise it tells me when my booking window opens and that I can book on that date after I'm paid in full. Activities can be booked at 75 days for a 1st timer, 90 days for silver level, 105 days for gold, and 120 days for platinum. Online check in is currently at 30 days out for everyone, which is when you scan in passports, your security photos, list onboard payment type, and book your port arrival time (PAT).
