Upcot is spelled wrong, I know, its supposed to be Epcot**
Hello everyone,
To start things off, my mother recently came across a manilla envelope with a few vintage Disney tickets in it. Im not very keen to Disney memorabilia so I really do not know how much things like these are worth. Im hoping someone can send me to the right direction about value and or information regarding these.
These are the 4 items that I have.
1. Epcot Center opening Day Special Edition Commemorative Ticket. This is for October 1, 1982 (No. 001680) The ticket number is very low. The ticket is unused and still had the ticket stub attached. The ticket is in flawless condition and has only a few dings on the edges.
On the back of the ticket there is some writing. It says, "First Commemorative ticket sold at the Epcot Center Preview July 31, @ 2:15 p.m."
Now Im not sure what exactly this means but to me it sounds like this is the first every ticket that was sold to the public. Any info regarding this would be awesome!
2. Remember the Magic, Celebrating 25 Magical Years * 1971-1996. This ticket as well is unused and is not even creased at the indented line for the ticket stub. (No. 007794) This seems to be a pretty low numbered ticket as well. It is a 1 day, 1 park admission for either the Mgic Kingdom or Epcot.
3 & 4. Two different complimentary One Day Passports. Both of them are unused but I am unsure of the date they were made. They look as if they are older, definitely not new though. One is numbered No. 101172 and the other is No. 1162386. They are valid for one day complimentary transportation around the parks.
Any help iwith information about any of these 4 tickets would be awesome!
