First Choice?

Hi been with them twice now and will be going with them again in October as well, there new service introduced 18 months ago is excellent, no complaints entertainment, food, legroom or customer service here:goodvibes

We flew with FC in October, excellent service, good food and very comfortable plane. The £5 upgrade to the premium entertainment package is well worth it. I'd recommend them.

We went with them in 2005 and they were excellent:thumbsup2 loads of leg room in star class premiere, the food was delicious and yes they have great kids meals too (just be sure to request them when you book) all the food was served on proper china and with real cutlery not the plastic stuff. The in flight entertainment was brilliant lovely new 9inch screens with lots of films tv and programmes for all ages interactive games too (you could play against someone else or the computer)and there was snacks tea coffee etc available from the trolley which came by often. All the films were very recent and good picture quality:cloud9: :cloud9: :cloud9: The staff were great and talked to the passengers about their holiday plans etc and did not try the hard sell with park tickets, they just informed folks about half way through the flight what tickets etc they had if anyone had not sorted out theirs before they went (there's always someone who forgot them), and what was available from the "duty free":thumbsup2 Even the captain and co-pilots told a few jokes over the intercom and pointed out landmarks. Overall a great service the only reason we are not using them this time is the cheaper price we got from Virgin:goodvibes :goodvibes

Me and my Dad flew with them last year for the first time and would highly recommend them. We flew Star Class Premier and couldn't fault the service. Food was good (considering it was airline food), staff were attentive, seat back entertainment was very good, legroom great.

Will be looking for a good late deal again this year hopefully.

Another vote for First Choice. Been loads of times with them without any problems. Just got back last week and everything was fine.

Hi Kev, I'm a travel agent and I would highly recommend First Choice (and no, I don't work for them) they are leading the way as far as charters are concerned and the rest are following, one thing I will say is research your prices carefully, sometimes even Virgin premium works out better than star class upgrades and when it comes down to a choice between those two Virgin premium is definately better, but first choice economy is better than virgin economy, although virgins twilight /on line check in, downtown disney is a great bonus too.
