First bad experience.

Yeah,I have been Disney Dining's biggest cheerleader.
Still love it but we ran into 2 issues.

We ate there over the NYE holiday and had my first "bad" server at Brown Derby.Guy was an incompetent ****.Took 10 minutes to come out to greet us,forgot bread,had another server deliver the food,another waitress saw our plates setting after we finished and cleared them for us.My DW saw from her view that he had few tables and that the other servers spent far more time with thier tables.It was not a busy day with only 70% capacity at most times during the meal.He was nice enough but that don't cut it on $100 meal for 2.
Derby gets an email for this.

Tutto Italia gets it's own thread,it was way overpriced and the food was mediocre with small portions.

That sounds similar to our HBD experience a few years ago. The food was pretty good, but the service sucked.

Sorry to hear about that! It sounds more like a service issue than a food issue... How did you like your meal otherwise?

That sounds like the server we had at HBD - it truly was one of the worst servers we've ever had, anywhere.

Tutto is probably the most overrated restaurant on property - when the food there costs more than at incredible Signature restaurants, there is a definite problem. Especially since the food is subpar and service is not good either!

I have never had that kind of service problem there, and I like the food. I'd go there again.

Tutto Italia - I've been avoiding it because of the prices.

We'd never had that before there either but it was so bad it had to be mentioned.We'll go back but we'll be gunshy.Food was good,we have had most of the menu.
