Fireworks times?

I’ve been reading about early (and late) fireworks times for the holidays. Besides NYE are they always at 9? Trying to book a regular table at spice road table but not sure what time. Is there a viewing area from there? We did this at rose & crown—after we ate we could go outside to a little viewing area to watch the fireworks.

Epcot's are often at 9:00 but MK varies a bit more. I would recommend looking at the MDE app for times of fireworks already published to see if they move around.

I tried but couldn't get anything useful. I'm going for EPCOT though so i'll assume 9. Thanks!
