Fireworks on Fouth of July (and 3rd)?

Has there been any sort of announcement on the plans for firework on July 3rd and 4th this year? I know in years past the have been identical on those nights, but of course Covid intervened. Just wondering if they are going to be the same show again or not!?

I haven’t heard, but I hope so. I booked the treats and seats dessert party for July 3rd, and it has Enchantment in the name but I’m hopping it will be the 4th of July fireworks that night.

I heard that they are doing 4th of July fireworks this year on the 3rd and 4th. I was late trying to make a park reservation, so I was only able to book Magic Kingdom on the 3rd and EPCOT on the 4th.

Historically, have the activities been the same at Magic Kingdom on both days (the 3rd and the 4th?) Or should I keep trying to somehow modify my park reservation on the 4th to Magic Kingdom (and what are my chances?)

Yes, they have done the same show at MK on the 3rd and 4th. We do MK on 3rd and Epcot on 4th for that reason. They returned to that pattern for NYE. No reason not to guess they won’t for July 4 too but with all things Disney you should rarely assume

Same! Really missed the special FW last year. Nothing like those heart-thumping 4th extras at Epcot. Hope they return this year

They’ve had their regular ones, then a short extra program “heartbeat of freedom” tag is what they‘re called.

it’s the sort of FW that literally makes your chest thump they are so massive. Quite impressive and the reason we always do MK’s on the 3rd.

They had a "tag" on Illuminations. No idea if they put anything on after Harmonious.
