Fireworks July 4th weekend

We will be at Universal July 4th weekend, but unfortunately we have to leave on the 4th. Are there any fireworks during the weekend or are they only on the actual 4th?

Only on the 4th in the lagoon at the Studios.

I'm trying to get out of Red Hot & Boom this year. Crane's Roost is NOT fun when its hot and very crowded...as it is every year.
