Unfortunately, there is no dessert party for viewing of fireworks at DL. There is (debuting on Friday) a Fantasmic Dessert Party that includes F! viewing (but not from the location of the dessert party). There are also WoC dining packages (similar to the F! dining packages at DHS).

I do wish Disneyland would add this dessert party with reserved seating for Fireworks. If its in WDW there maybe hope for Disneyland!

If they did add a dessert party with fireworks viewing (I doubt it would be actual chairs), they'd probably have to do something like they're doing for F!. Unlike at MK, where the dessert party and viewing location are at the same place, DL would probably have to have two locations. The dessert party would be in one location, then guests go to the viewing area for the show. There isn't any location like MK's Tomorrowland Terrace near the hub at DL. There are two dining locations (Jolly Holiday and the Plaza Inn), but both have obstructed views.
