Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza View now available in advance

To dh and I this is the best of both worlds...the dessert party and great viewing for the fireworks....they opened it up for advance booking commencing in Oct. We've booked for Nov 24th (U.S Thanksgiving...so right now there appears to be great availability )

Cool. $20 cheaper than regular Wishes Dessert Party. Haven't been since last June, so guessing this is a good view.
Desserts @ TT then escorted to the Plaza Gardens.

Lol...I didn't even notice it was cheaper. Bonus ! (we were not booking the regular party because it was all about the view for us)

In my mind this is the preferred option because of the view from the Plaza Gardens. I didn't think we'd have a chance of getting this because it was only available for same day bookings and we are not rope droppers preferring to arrive mid afternoon.

The page that you linked btw shows the view from the terrace for the other party...not the Plaza Gardens view

So the difference between this and the regular Wishes dessert party is that you are now paying a lower price for a better view? I'm a bit confused.

I think it is a matter of personal preference. With the "regular" dessert party you have a table on the Tomorrowland Terrace. Depending on where that table is located you can sometimes have a good view or not. It isn't a straight on view though which is what I prefer.

With the Plaza viewing one gets a straight on view from a prime location(what was previously the fp+ viewing area).

So as far as our preferences go, yes we are paying less for a better view

As far as I can tell there are now 2 separate parties. The regular one, that is pretty much the same as it always was, and the newer one which has you having desserts at the Terrace, then moving over to the Plaza Gardens for fireworks viewing. Both can be booked as adr's now.

Ugh, it won't let me book it online (lets me get to the last page and then says there is an error), so I called and they show that there are no times open to book. Frustrating!

Has anyone else had any luck booking online? Every time I get to the final page and hit "reserve" it tells me there's an error, and I need to call. I think the error is that it keeps saying my pre pay amount is $0 instead of however much the party costs.
