Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace New Years?

Hi everyone!

We are going to Walt Disney World for New Years Eve /Day. We are looking at the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace. Does anyone know how far in advance we can book this or what the times will be?

Do you know of anything else fun (that you had to book super early) that we could book for New Years Eve? We are a couple, no kids.
