Fireworks Cruise-server too busy to search for past posts

Hi DIS friends- I need your help!
I have stayed up until ungodly hours looking at posts and tried to search for the past few days to see past posts on this subj. but the server has been busy...so I am re-asking a question for help and opinions on those who have gone on a fireworks cruise...wishes or illum.? and experiences with bday cruises?
Has anyone ordered personal dining to enjoy dinner while on the boat?
Is there plenty of time to eat you bday cake and watch fireworks?

And please confirm-music piped in?
on Deb's site it says pontoon basic no music, pontoon premium music, but when I booked our wishes bday cruise yest...CM said yes music is for sure and I was not offered basic or premium...
