Visiting WDW in late June with our family (DW, 13 yo daughter, 9 yo daughter, married daughter and son-in-law).

We want to do a Fireworks Cruise. I'm leaning toward pontoon cruise for Illuminations. I'd love opinions of this or other cruises. Also thinking about cruise as a last night event. Is it worthy of a big build up?

Thanks.

5 months to go!

We have done the Illuminations Cruises serveral times and it is a FANTASTIC way to see the show. It's definitely well worth the money and would be great for a last night blow out. The reservations can be hard to come by though, so you may not want to wait until your last night to try for one because then you won't have any more nights to try for. Remember that you need to call exactly at 7am EST 90 days out and be one of the first people to get through in order to get a reservation.

I have also seen the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the Grand 1 Yacht, which was an incredible experience as well, although much more pricey! If you really want to go all out, this would be the way to do it!

Have fun!
