From what I'm reading, the firework show/songs are the same for Tokyo DisneyLand and Tokyo DisneySea. Which park do you prefer to watch the fireworks from and why (background, crowds, etc.)?
The fireworks happens between both the parks. So you can really just watch them from anywhere and still get a decent view. They are not that great, so I would just watch them from wherever you are at the time.
The fireworks happen to the left of Cinderella Castle at Tokyo Disneyland and to the right of Mt. Prometheus at Tokyo DisneySea. It's hard to not see them, for the most part.
I was advised that seeing the fireworks was not a priority as it is a very short and simple show. If you're just walking around you'll pretty much see them for what I understand.
