We are going to visit Ft. Wilderness to see all the Christmas decorations at the various campsites and cabins. We will be there while the fireworks are happening at MVMCP. Will you be able to hear the music? I know we can see the fireworks from the beach. Just wonder if we can hear also.

Also, how long of a walk is the entire Ft. Wilderness area where the campsites (Christmas decorations) are located?

The music on the beach is hit or miss. Sometime Disney plays the sound track on the beach and other time they don’t just depends. For looking at Christmas decorations just walk around 100-400 loops they usually have the best around there. Don’t waste your time with the cabins most people in the cabin don’t decorate. Hope this helps

Also add the 700 loop. These loops are the closest to the Marina and beach. Other loops will have some good decorations, but are further from the beach.

The length of the campground, not counting going through the loops, is about a mile. The loops would add considerably to this distance. (And the cabins are at the far end from the beach.)

We just watched the fireworks on the beach tonight for MNSSHP and they had the music playing. It was awesome. We had a better view from there than we did at the Magic Kingdom when we went to the party the other night! I don't know about in December but right after the fireworks they had the Electrical Water Pageant so that was fun to see (and hear) too. :)
