Fireworks and Californian Grill on 12/30

I was just able to snag a reservation for 2 at 9:40. My question is about the special NYE fireworks they do on the 30th. Will we be able to come back at midnight that night and watch them? I know there is the possibility that the restaurant could be closed.

As PP said, yes. (In fact I just made a ressie at CA grill on the phone for my June trip, and I was specifically told this.)

Fabulous!!! We used to watch them at the Poly, but I have heard that view is now blocked by the new huts. :-(

Only a small percentage will be blocked AFTER all of the construction is completed.

That is good to know. I imagine it will take a while to finish them. We go every 2 years at this time of year, so maybe for our next trip we can go back to enjoying our LapuLapu with the fireworks.
