Hi everyone and thanks for the support! This is a great community and resource. I have been reading the boards for help with Disney vacations but now get to *jump* start the planning of my Castle wedding!
This is how the story goes....
I met my fiancé in June 2010.
I immediately knew that he was the man I was going to marry (…He figured that out later!)
On a beautiful October 2011 weekend, after seeing the Central Park Zoo and Phantom of the Opera, he asked me to marry him in NYC.
Since then, we have been talking about DFTW ideas for a summer 2013 wedding..........
After a site visit in DEC and a number of emails back and forth,
my DF and DD [dad?] began asking me if I wanted to get married at the castle…
I immediately called Disney to ask what may be available -
We now have a date & I finally get to start a PJ for our
MAGIC KINGDOM wedding on 8.29.12!!! rincess:

It is all a little surreal... How I went from not wanting to shell out the money for Cindy's carriage at first to the contract signing ensuring that we are in my FAVORITE place in the world when I say "I DO."

I am now waiting for the dining reservations to become available so that I can make the 180 ADR for the week of the wedding for 35 people BUT the system is DOWN

Thanks for the warm welcome! I kinda feel like a fish out of water... I am soooo not used to sharing my plans and having a receptive audience! I know how interested I was/am in other people's PJs (... vidtuous girl.... mjhorses .... and others) So you guys have talked me into sharing! I don't think that people will look or even think to.... With that being said, to be on the safe side [which is silly bc i have my Disney Wedding date posted! hehehe], I won't be using real names just for the search-ability factor of google!

As far as details go... my color is purple. I have my dress... I'll end up posting pics (once i figure out how to resize and post on here...) i have an apt with impressions YEA!!!!! my PS is set for MARCH when we are there for my 30th BDAY! And I did get to make those reservations today and will post details after dinner!

Ceremony is before the park opens and we have to be gone before things get going. if you rushed to the landing you MIGHT get to see. Everything seems to happen where we are whisked away behind scenes to get everywhere though....

I currently have to look into RV rentals for family who dislike the idea of flying though....

We leave FRIDAY 3/9 for a LONG FLORIDA trip that involves
a work conference for DF,
planning for me and us,
VACA,
my 30th bday on 3/16,
my MOH's bday 3/15,
Harry potter visit for DF bday trip,
engagement photos,
and ...... PS!

INSANE and my brain hurts.... I have learned how to upload pics for everyone! thanks for the help, we have internet hot spots and laptops to keep us busy in between all the other stuff to do too!!!

I got a call from my official planner today and my DF now has gotten his AP voucher JUST in time for our departure Friday!!!! So excited... just have to get all this paperwork back to the DFTW for the PS session!!!!
