I remember the Congo River Rapids ride (just like the Popeye ride) breaking down at Busch Gardens when I was 11 or 12. We were stuck on the raft for 2 hours before they got it going again, and I got soooo sunburned (no one wore sunblock then). When we got back to the loading station they offered us all another ride without waiting in line. We ALL said no thank you!

I'm glad it looks like this breakdown today was a similar non-event and that no one was put in harm's way.

I was actually present when this happened. Was not to big of a deal, just a little big in the system, guests were just escorted up the wooden conveyor section. The ride was down until about 5:45. Ripsaw falls also was down twice today as well at different times for various reasons.
