Hi everyone!! Back on Monday night (late) from California.. so got back to work this week, feel good at the new job, everything is going good..
However, .. i am in desparate need of some motivation here!!! I have 2 months til this Minnie -- and i have hit a total stop with my training.. I am vowed to jump back in and go full force for the next 2 months -- But, i will probably have to fall back to week 3 or 4 of my C25K plan.. I feel like i am never going to get thru this -- i keep letting other things take priority over this..

I am ashamed..
I need to drop a few more lb.s too before the Minnie - i would love to do like 15lb by then more -- i have just been slacking big time. But, i started by shopping last night and getting my meals/snacks all planned out - and making better choices (by far!) and cutting down to only one (large) coffee a day - and drinking V8 splash (lite) and more H2o.
I just feel like i fell off the wagon, and i need a giant push back on..
Although, i DID do one yoga class while in Cali --(and lots of walking.. LOL) but that's it.
Anyway, i have VOWED to be back here everyday now and catching up.. my work is in order, my health needs to be too now.
I only have 2 mo. til i get to meet you awesome girls!!! Are we gonna do anything special?
