Well at least it aint chocolate. Friend asked if I wanted to go for a mai tai tonight and I said no. Been a rainy, dreary day so no walking either. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. Out for dinner tomorrow night for Mother's day.
 
I'm not sure which plan you're following but according to Weight Watchers

2 oz chocolate=7 points
2 oz cheezits= 7 points

Tomorrow is another day. So you knocked off a box of cheese nips. The bloat fairy may be visiting you soon but other than that you have done no permanent damage.

Are you focused on your goal now? That's all that is important. Forget about the cheese nips and concern yourself with right now. Right now is the only thing that counts :)
 

Not to worry...I have done that before...in LESS than 2 days...I could do that during one Sunday afternoon watching Lifetime!! lol

Just get focused and start healthy tomorrow!!!

Don't beat yourself up. And great job for keeping them around for two whole days!!! I could eat a box in 2 HOURS!!
 
Calling all the good WISHES I can think of- starting out with a special prayer for your family's health and the stresses related to that- but someone from this boards said that when you're stressed you really benefit from eating right and exercising- and I'm sure with two family member's experiencing bypasses they would rather see you training your heart so you can avoid their problems.....the first non-rainy day you get- head out early for a walk- early morning is great because it starts your metabolism and wards off cravings....make sure you don't skip meals- this can lead to a Cheezit splurge! It takes some effort to include veggies in your diet- go get salad fixins- if you don't have a salad spinner get one- mine keeps my salads fresh for three days so I hate to waste my lettuce and such so I eat salads because it's already made up and easy to use. Just remember- YOU can do this and junk food certainly won't relieve your stresses- but focusing on making your heart stronger and eating right will!!!
