We were in the wonderful world of Disney from May 4-11. In case you missed my pre-trippie (I'm sure you did), here's a recap of us.

The cast:
Josh (20) :eeyore: hasn't been to Disney since back when he used to live in Miami when he was age 8 or so. He remembers "only going to Disney World, not all the other ones". "Magic Kingdom?" I ask. "Yeah, Disney World!" :furious: Needless to say, he gets the difference after this trip. He is in ROTC and will soon commission to the US Army, so I treasure any special time we get to spend together.

Caitlin (23) :tinker: I recently graduated with my MSN and passed the state boards for my RN. I went to DIsney every year until High School. I've only been 2 times since then, but I can't get enough of it!!! Tinkerbell's my absolute favorite and I'm sure you will see a few tinkerbell shirts and bags!

We are pretty crazy together, and both love food, laughing and working out. We were best friends for 6 months before we started dating and knew each other a while before that, so we know a little too much about the other one. We know there's an age difference, and it bugged us at first. When we were close friends, he'd always say "Why don't they make girls like you my age?" And I'd lament, "Josh, if you were older you would be mine". Finally, we realized that we were perfect for one another REGARDLESS of age.

Here's a couple pictures of us:

I think we're a pretty cute couple. But I may be biased!

I graduated on May 2nd. May 3rd, we packed all of our stuff in my car and hit the road. We had a 6 AM flight, lived over an hour away from the airport, and had to park in long term parking. Since I am not a morning person and don't sleep well at night (DBF is VERY perky in the AM thanks to ROTC training at it's finest), we decided to spend the night at the Airport Crowne Plaza. It was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous.
crowneplazaattheDetroitairport.jpg

(Not to mention, the Park N Fly deal was great; we got picked up so quickly from the parking lot and taken back to the hotel :thumbsup2 )

My complaining about insomnia was heard by the sleep pixies because they had a CD with progressive relaxation techniques & sounds, an eye mask, and lavendar linen spray all to induce sleep. I was in heaven. I was bouncing off the walls and Josh thought I would never settle down. We laid down about 5 hours before we had to wake up.

Would the Crowne Plaza's armory against insomnia be enough to soothe my demons? Would I be able to doze while listening to a strange man urging me to relax?

Stay Tuned for these answers and more during our airport adventures & our first disney world day....

To all those out there wondering, I beat my sleepless demons and fell asleep after about 8 minutes of listening to some man from some sleeping institute instructing me to clench my body parts.

When the wake-up call came, I sprang out of bed. It was DISNEY DAY! We'd left all our bags packed the night before and I had laid out a nice little Tinkerbell pink shirt that made me very happy. I was debating bringing a hoodie and said, forget it-- it's May!

Josh and I exchanged a kiss and chugged a bunch of coffee and ran down to the lobby. I walked out into the warm May morning. Kidding. :rotfl2: It was freezing. I could see my breath. I instantly regretted my decision about the lack of warm garments. I shook and shivered inside the doorway with Josh. Where we're from, getting away to Disney World in May is perfect because it's our first chance to experience some gorgeous weather!

The bus came right on time and whisked us away to the airport. After some difficulty figuring out where we were supposed to go (so many levels at Detroit), we checked our bags and finally cleared security.

I had changed in mypoints at www.mypoints.com for a Starbucks card and was excited to get a free breakfast. We enjoyed this liquid breakfast on the tram that takes you between the terminals.

Even though we slept less than 5 hours, I was bouncing off the walls due to Disney excitement. We found a sign in a boutique window near our gate that made us giggle.
beware.jpg

It was finally time to board our flight. Josh and I settled into our seats. We knew exactly what would happen the second I was permitted electronics: my Disney playlist!
plane.jpg

We feel the RUSH of warm air as we deplane!!! Once we're in the airport, we excited hop the tram between the Orlando terminal and baggage claim. That's always the first "DISNEY" feeling I have. Josh doesn't remember this and didn't understand my need to sit in the front window..
MCO.jpg

We are going with a town car service since we are staying at Shades of Green which makes us a bit nervous. I'm used to the magical express and am not sure how this stuff works...

We rush to baggage claim to get our suitcases. Does everything make it okay? Did we get in trouble for packing way to much and have to pay extra? Does our Tiffany town car driver make it on time?

Stay tuned for more answers!

I'm in and waiting for more... Y'all are a cute couple!

We got our suitcases easily (the first couple on the carousel, that never happens!) My darling Josh had the excellent idea to tie crazy colored string/fabric on our suitcases that really stood out. Cute and brilliant, that’s why I love him! The town car service was waiting for us in baggage claim when we got down there. This would just be the first of many magical moments that would occur throughout the next week!

We walk out to the car. It was so nice, I can't believe I didn't take a picture of it. It was $95 for a roundtrip from MCO to Shades of Green. (If you book online, there's an additional $5 coupon). With tip, it only cost us $115. The best part? It included a trip to the supermarket. Since we were staying at SOG, we got a refrigerator. Tiffany Towncars including this grocery stop was a particular nice little perk, given the possession of a fridge!

Mears would have cost us $64 plus tip with no stop at the supermarket. We also may have had to share with lots of other people, made other stops, and not had SWEET chauffered service. Since our intentions of this trip were celebrating & romance, this was PERFECT FOR US.

Here's the website, if anyone is interested: http://www.tiffanytowncars.com/

I somehow did NOT get in trouble for packing way to much, nor did I have to pay extra. This is surprising with the many sundresses that I packed and the skyrocketing charges for suitcases. (Fiance has to pay to have ONE suitcase on the way home in July. Ridiculous!)

After we stop at Gooding's for milk, fruit, soda, bottled water and WINE (they had the baby bottles of Riesling that were SO good), we excitedly hop back in the nicely air conditioned care. I have my camera out, eagerly awaiting to snap the picture of the moment our journey into Disney World begins!
YAY.jpg

We pay the Tifffany’s guy, arrange for pickup the following Sunday :worried: and watch bell services load all of our grocery bags and luggage onto a cart. We perkily present at the front desk well before noon, only to be told that we can’t check in until 3. And bell service will hold onto our stuff until then. Which is fine, we knew that it may happen. However, I asked if there was anything they could do with our cold groceries. They told us in a not very nice way, NO. We asked how hot it was in the room where they stored our luggage. A pleasant 74 degrees. Gross.

They tell us that we can use our luggage to get stuff for the afternoon. Again, they did not act very friendly. Maybe SOG does lack a bit in the Disney Magic department.

Will we have to throw away all our brand new delicious cold refrigerated items? Will the rest of our trip at SOG be this miserable? What the heck will we do with the next four hours?

I can't believe they didn't have somewhere they could put your groceries... I would have been so upset... Can't wait to find out how it all worked out!

I know it isn't any fun being away but at least you have the trip to re-count and that will help pass the time... I will be missing my fiance in a few days when he has to travel on business - he will basically be gone for about 3 1/2 weeks... He will be home before you know it.

In your first post you said y'all had a problem with your age difference - 3 yrs is nothnig, my fiance is 15 years older than me!!!! And we are so good together - we are best friends and that is what really matters.

I'm in! The picture of you in the front of the "monorail" is cute! :goodvibes

I can't wait to find out what happens to your groceries!

I'm passing the Town car info onto a friend of my mom's. Her husband is Army and they are considering a trip to WDW staying at SOG so I will letting her know how much you like it! Also keeping in mind about the refridgeration thing - how rude to talk to you like that!

Thanks. We were. Everyone we had asked about Shades of Green said that it's awesome and what it lacked in "DISNEY MAGIC" it would make up for in other areas... If I don't address this by the end, remind me.

Exactly. I am printing these out and sending them to him. So you know how sad this is too! The only really yucky part about this is that they take his cell phone. I'm okay with him being away, but not even hearing is voice or tell him about my new job or other, cough, stuff... That's really hard for me. Five weeks is a long time with no talking.

I totally agree. We were just dumb for a long time before we realized that. We were actually best friends in the whole time before we wound up dating. It's creepy how well we know each other, in a great way. Clearly it worked for you, congrats on the upcoming wedding!!! You must be so excited!

I will write more later on or tomorrow morning.

Thanks irky, I want to have this done to send to my guy and it's really motivating to know people are looking for it. It's like a little kick in the butt to get moving!

Villainess, you seem to sweet for your name. I will let you know what I think about SOG throughout the trip. The grounds (esp by the bus stop) are GORGEOUS though.

I missed the Disney magic. This is really increasing our decision to buy DVC or at least bite the bullet and pay the big bucks to stay at Poly or GF... Which I'm sure will cause us to REALLY buy DVC once we've plunked down that much! ::yes::

What would we do for the rest of the afternoon? For the next four hours, the plan was to hang out by the pool and relax. We went to bell services and got our swimsuits out of our luggage. We pulled out cover-ups, towels and flip-flops. Fifteen minutes and lots of heavy lugging/zipping later, I was officially frazzled. Angry, even. Cursing my dear boyfriend for securing us these luxury accommodations. “THIS,” I seethe, “is NO Disney hotel.”

He takes me out to look at the grounds to calm me down. He hugs me and tells me he loves me. He tells me it will be okay. That we should make the best of it. He, may I add, is a saint. I explode. He remains calms and hugs me back to sanity. We decide to go back into the lobby to change.

But I’m fierce. I’m persistant. We had checked in, right? Maybe there’s some tiny chance that someone checked out and a room is now available. I go up to the front desk and ask if there is anything.

She clicks away on the computer.

“Yes, on this floor. It looks over Magnolia pool.”

All those months of hard work on the DIS boards fly out the window. :badpc: I had meticulously researched the room I wanted to request. “Yes, “ I firmly state, “We’ll take it.”

We notify bell services of the chance and I think I literally SKIPPED down the hallway. Thankfully, we did NOT have to throw away all our brand new delicious cold refrigerated items. However I will leave this question hanging: will the rest of our trip at Shades of Green be this miserable?

I change into my first sundress. I instantly feel better. I swear being in the room’s air conditioning, with my milk safely in the fridge does a number in calming the sweat glands! We decide on a change of plans.

Can Disney commandos change the itinerary to be flexible? This one did! And to think, I always thought that was like asking a tiger to change their stripes!

We decide to walk over to one of my happiest places on Earth: The Polynesian! We decide that we will snag lunch at the yummy Kona Café and then hop the monorail to Magic Kingdom.

As we walk over to the Polynesian, we really appreciate the beautiful grounds. I will leave you with my favorite picture from that walk.

Will my day continue to look up? What perfectly adorable pictures will we have from here on out? How much food porn will I actually photograph?

Stay tuned for this, and more, of my perfectly adorable boyfriend.

We strolled around the Poly, hand in hand, taking a number of pictures around the hotel of us with palm trees, the first view of the castle, and playing in the gift shop.
HPIM1781.jpg

As we are playing around in the Polynesian's gift shop, we begin to relax and enjoy ourselves. DBF is truly in awe of the Polynesian Resort’s beauty. I am very happy! :cloud9: I swear Disney World turns us all into kids again (although DBF often accuses me of acting like a 4 year old on a normal basis). Here is my favorite picture of DBF acting like a 4 year old, as well:

HPIM1783.jpg

We try to sneak into Kona Café with no prior ADRs. We wait about 10 minutes and are called to eat. I’m so excited for my first meal in Walt Disney World (again, unplanned! What is this world coming to?) DBF stare in awe at the table next to us. They have, what we later find out are lapu lapus (spelling?). They are huge alcoholic drinks in pineapples. Its way too early in the day for us but they look fantastic!

I decide I want to order the Kona Club sandwich, even though it looks too big. DBF decides he wants the same thing. We both like to eat healthy and eat WELL! We decided on the chips because they sounded awesome. Here is the description from allearsnet.com:
Kona Club Sandwich - shaved turkey breast with tomato, avocado, turkey bacon, watercress, and reduced calorie sweet chili mayonnaise on multigrain bread, served with Asian Vegetable Slaw or sweet potato chips $9.99

HPIM1787.jpg

It was so good, but since it was cut into thirds, I gave Josh one of them. He wound up being full, I wound up with half a sandwich. It was awesome. The chips had to have been the best sweet potato chips I have ever had. I really liked the pickled ginger. DBF did not!

We kicked around the idea of getting dessert, but we decided against it. DBF promised me that once we got to Magic Kingdom, I would be so sad if I did not save room for treats there. Oh, how the love of my life knows me! Did someone say MK? I instantly forgot about my desire to get dessert at Kona and became so entranced by getting to MK ASAP.

Josh and I excitedly make our way out to the monorail platform. A monorail comes within minutes. We get our OWN monorail car. Josh doesn’t really remember the monorails, so it’s so much fun. Every time they say “Take small children by the hand”, for some reason, we always would hold hands.

Prior to this we had bought our tickets at SOG (before our leisurely walk to the Poly) because they offer a military discount. I had tickets from a prior trip, so this part of our trip wound up to be the cheapest!

The monorail lets us off at the entrance to Magic Kingdom. I could not be more excited! We show our bags to security to check them, make our way inside, and see a hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee rush of people. The afternoon parade was ending and Josh and I held each other tight so that we wouldn’t get separated. DBF loves trains so we take this opportunity to escape up to the Railroad. It’s still PACKED. We ride the train over to Toontown.

DBF had the intent to see EVERYTHING. I mean, he literally wanted to see everything! He was disappointed because I told him I didn't know if we'd get the chance to ride Dumbo. SO when I say he wanted to ride and see everything, I mean it! :rotfl: We wandered through Minnie’s house. One look at the crowds, and that was enough Toontown for DBF. :lmao:

Next came Tomorrowland. We grabbed fastpasses to Space Mountain. I sensed his discomfort at waiting for anything, so it was on to the WEDway people mover (Tomorrowland Transit Authority). Old habits die hard.
HPIM1791.jpg

I love the “Paging Mr. Tom Morrow” and all the other corny jokes over the PA. DBF excitedly looked inside at Space Mountain. It was so exciting to finally be in Disney World with the man I love. I swear, seeing it the way he did (almost through his eyes) really gave that week an even more magical experience.

Enough nostalgia! We got off that ride and wandered over to Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin. He kicked my butt! Redneck photo:
HPIM1794.jpg

Next came Space Mountain. I was nervous. DBF is a self-proclaimed roller coaster HATER. Being the idiot I am, I decide that for his first Disney rollercoaster experience, we should go in the LEFT side. OOPS.
Although he loved the theming, and I loved seeing his face light up in the queue underneath the “stars” right before you get on the ride. We get into the cars and are off!

Is this a miserable mistake? Will I have to ride this, Expedition Everest and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad alone in the future?

Stay tuned, I will be posting SOON!

Josh LOVED Space Mountain. He said he was terrified his head was going to get hit by something as we were careening around in the dark. He even said we would have to ride it again! YAY!

(Note to Josh: This may not be in perfect order, but I am trying!)

We decided that would be enough of Tomorrowland, for now. We were going to have the following day and night in Magic Kingdom, as well as the Saturday before we left.

As we were walking back through Fantasyland, I decide I have to take him on The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. He loves Eeyore. We had a great time and it was so much fun going on the rides that I find so adorable with him.

We ride Pirates of the Caribbean, something Josh is so excited to do. He was really into the details in the line and was taking pictures of everything. He got a kick out of the picture of the Skeletons playing chess. Here's DBF's mad picture taking skills down between the prison bars.

HPIM1799.jpg

As we were playing photographer in line, a nice couple behind us offered to take a picture of us. I think it turned out really cute. Our first Disney picture together !
pirates.jpg

Finally, my favorite part of PotC ride.
HPIM1802.jpg

I’m hot, sticky, and hungry. We decide to relax in the shade with some of these Dole Whips we have heard so much about on the DIS. DBF orders a Pineapple Float and I get a pineapple-vanilla swirled Dole Whip.
DOLEWHIP.jpg

They were every bit as good as people described them. Only better! They were the perfect refreshing treat after starting to get crabby and hot. They also gave us a HUGE glass of water when we asked. It was such a nice, refreshing treat. Especially since we wouldn’t be eating until our ADRs at Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge at 11:05PM

W tried to go onto Jungle Cruise, but it was really packed. I believe that we went on the Haunted Mansion next, which Josh also really liked. He doesn’t like crowded spaces, so the stretching room was a bit much for him. DBF liked the details, but it was a bit crowded. I was disappointed that we didn’t get a lot of Cast Member interaction. No one acted very “scary” in my opinion. He also liked the part where you get to take home a hitch hiking ghost!

We are both starting to get really sleepy. I am getting cranky.

Will I ruin Josh’s experiences thus far? Will I make him regret coming to Disney for his first time?

Stay Tuned for the answers, and are evening at Wilderness Lodge!

I failed to mention the fake crocs I wore that day. This would account for most of my crankiness. I was rubbing my foot, and a random woman passing by offered me Band-Aids to put on my blisters. It was the sweetest thing. They blistered the back of my feet so terribly, they were bleeding. Finally, Josh decided that I had to go back to the room no matter how Gung-Ho I was to play in the park.

This was on Sunday, right after the nice stranger gave me Band-aids!
HPIM1805.jpg

We decided that it was time to leave so that we could go back to the room and get ready I didn’t want to ruin Josh’s experiences thus far. We head back to the monorail, take it over to the Poly, and take the mini hike back to SOG.

We lay down for a couple minutes to plan the rest of our evening. We cross things off tomorrow’s itinerary that we’ve unexpectedly completed (rides and DOLE WHIPS!) We shower and change and get ready for dinner.
We hop on the monorail to Magic Kingdom . I am wearing new shoes!

We take the ferry over to Wilderness Lodge. It's actually a romantic ride. I think Josh really enjoyed it. We wander around the inside of Wilderness Lodge. I go to the bar and get Mojitos for us to enjoy the Electric Water Pageant .

We are out on the deck cuddling when strangers join us. We converse. As the boats fly into place, I get excited. I know that it’s cheesy, but I have NEVER seen it before. My dad owned DVC for years at OKW and we would only stay there. I never even knew this existed until I read the DIS.

Maybe it was the mojito, or us cuddling on the pier, but DBF gets really choked up. He loves America and the Army. This is how the show ends:
ELP.jpg

I’m not sure that DBF will like that I shared the fact that he teared up, but it was the cutest thing I have ever seen. It honestly made me fall even more in love with him. I am such a sucker for everything Disney, it meant so much to me that he was feeling the magic too! It’s amazing how much Disney magic affects everyone.

It’s over at about 10:15 and I am STARVING. I go to check us in for dinner. I walk up to the Hostess and say “PrincessNewsie, party of 2, ADR time 11:05”.
She says, “But we close at 11.”

I flinch. I look at the itinerary. Oh my goodness. DBF did all the ADRs in military time. I had been reading 2105 as 1105! I am so embarrassed. I tell the hostess what I have done and she hands me a pager.

We’re sat fairly quickly. Crisis averted!
HPIM1820.jpg

I was so excited to try the Year of a Million Dreams inspired Glowtini. Here’s the allearsnet.com description:
Blue "Glow-tini" - Inspired by The Year of a Million Dreams - skyy citrus vodka, peach schnapps, blue curacao, sweet-and-sour and pineapple juice with sugared rim.

Our waiter yells at me and tells me “It’ll get you drunk. And if it doesn’t, I’ll bring you more?”

“On your tab?”

“No. If you want to pay 10 bucks for a sparkling martini, be my guest.”

Here’s the picture of me, that I like best, with the “Glow-tini”
glowtini.jpg

Josh and I examine the menu and decide separately want we want. Again, we order the same thing (www.allearsnet.com):
Western Chicken Pasta - with fresh vegetables tossed with Roasted Garlic Chipotle Cream Sauce $17.99
HPIM1825.jpg

It was absolutely delicious. I get stuffed so I let DBF finish the rest. We were thinking about the All You Care to Eat Skillet, but I am happy with what we got instead.

I loved the fact that the waiter horsed around with us so much. We saw other tables getting COVERED in ketchup bottles. I asked for another refill. I got a huge container of Diet Coke with the biggest straw ever.
HPIM1824.jpg

We pay for dinner and go up stairs and sit by the fireplace cuddling. It’s really nice to be able to spend such quality time together. It’s 11:30. We’ve been up for hours. We decide to go back. While sitting in the bus stop, another couple plops down near us. They have buttons that we are struggling to read.

We see they say “Just Married”. It’s SO cute. However, DBF and I decided that Disney World is MUCH to hectic for us to enjoy on our honeymoon. We know you can do more relaxing things, but DBF tells me he enjoys doing Disney with me. He likes doing and seeing everything. He likes “getting our money’s worth!”

We make it back to Shades of Green and go immediately to bed. We know that we have a long day at the Magic Kingdom the next morning, starting with 8:15 ADRs at Crystal Palace.

Stay Tuned for one of the most Magical days in Disney World yet!

I have yet to try one of these. I may just have to this trip. The picture makes it look yummy!

Oh no!! At least you realized and you still got seated! :goodvibes It would have been really bad if you ended up not being able to be seated because they were too busy.

(I LOVE this picture of JOSH! He looks PERFECT.)

I hope you don't mind me saying, but that is a very nice picture of your DBF!

I hope you go back and add more pictures that you have! I would love to see them all!!

Thank you, I will add more pictures tomorrow night. There's a couple parts of the week I am just so excited to get to, that I don't want to have to go in order. (Maybe that's the 4 year old in me)

Thanks about the shoes, it was pretty nasty.

TRY TRY TRY DOLE WHIP, if you like pineapple AT ALL. And if you odn't want too much pineapple, get it swirled with vanilla. Its AMAZING.

The great part about TRs is how much stuff you start to remember and get to document. Does anyone have a good idea for making this into a permanent story to keep?

Off the DIS?

We startle awake a mere six hours later (I am a 7.5 hours of sleep per night kind of girl) to a wake up call that is NOT Mickey Mouse & Stitch. I grumble "I miss Disney Resorts" and roll the comforter down. I have a very stuffy nose. Oh, no! I feel like I might be getting sick.

I push any negative feelings aside and jump out of bed. I put bandages on my blistered heels and put on thick socks and tennis shoes. (I learned my lesson the day before.) I was in Disney World, headed to my favorite park, before most other visitors!

No pesky blisters or mild head cold was going to stand in my way! I couldn’t wait to see the most beautiful vision ever, the morning view of the Magic Kingdom, down an empty Main Street. The castle that early & empty begs for pictures, a beautiful perfect picture of the two of us!

We have to be to Magic Kingdom this Monday morning to be at our 8:15 ADRs at Crystal Palace. We quickly get dressed and hold hands for a nice stroll back over to the Polynesian at 7:50. I carefully researched my Unofficial Guide and it says the first monorail should hit the Poly between 8:05A and 8:10A. As we make our way out to the station, the first monorail is pulling away.

Oops.

Another one comes within 5 minutes.

We stroll down Main Street and I am so disappointed. It’s so foggy, you can barely see the castle.

I try to make the most of it, but I am officially getting bummed. I don’t feel well, my feet hurt, and my plan to get early pictures on an empty Main Street with the castle are pretty much foiled.

We head over to Crystal Palace to check in. As we do, I see my Tigger through the window. He’s hopping around and waving to people. The 4 year old in me starts jumping up and down and squealing. Maybe this will start to get better! We give the hostess our name and are told to wait. We wait for about 10 minutes and get called in to my magical breakfast.

As we sit down at our table, I’m looking all around at characters. Josh squeezes my hand excitedly, and says “SWEETIE!”

“What?” I am entranced by the characters.

“Look at the table! They decorated it for you!”

I forgot I told them I was celebrating my graduation from my Master’s program two days before. It was SO sweet! Here’s the table:

I scooped up the glitter and curly-cue in case I ever join the land of the scrapbookers.

Our waitress was incredibly sweet. She forgot our cup of coffee, which was painful. I was too crabby to go without caffeine for much longer. She did eventually bring it, but I don’t like wasting calories on OJ so I was PARCHED for a little bit. I didn’t want to get up from my seat because I saw POOH coming!

Eeyore is Josh's favorite, obviously. It's why we went. Eeyore sees my glitter and throws it into the air. Very out of character for such a morose dude.

Tigger wanders over next. He kept trying to run away with me. He kept picking fights with DBF behind my head. It was really cute. Here’s when he was telling Josh I was his:

And he finally welcomed Josh up to take a picture to stop their fight:

We ate a delicious breakfast.

Next, they did a Parade for the 100 Acre Wood. Here’s a rare photo of DBF totally into the Napkin swirling fun.

I come back to the table and the nice family next to me points at my place setting. A cupcake is sitting there with a candle in it. I’m thinking FIRE HAZARD! They point at DBF who has gone to get me and as gone around the other side of the restaurant. We just passed each other. Finally, our waitress and Josh arrive back at the same time. I blow out my candle and receive my award signed by all of the characters!

On the way out, Josh and I loved the Pooh & Friends topiaries. Josh posed with them, mimicking their actions. It was a lot of fun.

I was having a yucky day until breakfast. Crystal Palace had amazing food and was a lot of fun. I was disappointed that we left at after 9:30. I wanted to get a jump on the crowds! But the food and character interaction was well worth the reasonable (Well for Disney, anyway) price!

Would my day continue to be amazing? Or would the yucky foggy morning be a foreboding for the day yet to come?
Stay Tuned.

Cute update! I would like to eat at CP one day. The picture of you guys in front of the castle is very cute even though it's a little hard to see the castle, you can still tell where you are!

For making it permanent... I always type my installments in Word because it's easier to save in case something happens. You could put them in Word and then save them and print them out. Or, you could make a photobook! A lot of them have places where you can add text and pictures. I made one from our trip in February and I love how it turned out!
