We submitted an offer yesterday morning and have not heard back yet. We are trying to take advantage of the buyers market, so don't know if the buyer will be remotely interested in our offer or not. Maybe the delay in hearing back means they're really thinking it over.

After a little negotiation---they accepted our offer!!! We just signed the contract and will have it faxed in tomorrow. I can't believe I'm going to be a DVC member! I have been thinking of it since BWV started selling. I am finally in the position where I can just do it. Can't wait to get thru ROFR and start booking!

Sending pixie dust to all others waiting to hear back....this was the second contract we sent an offer in on, so don't be discouraged if it doesn't work out the first time. There are many contracts out there to scoop up!
