We just finished watching Finding Nemo. I'm wondering if my memory is failing me or if it's been toned down just a bit from when we saw it originally in the theatre.

Both DS9 and I thought the beginning of the movie when Coral and the eggs disappeared was a bit more dramatic when we saw it in the show. And, Bruce scared my little guy in the show but didn't seem to have the same impact when we were watching the DVD.

Did anyone else notice this -- or is it just our imagination?

It's probobly the size of the screen at the theatres. Home screens tend to tone down movies because they are smaller.
