Did you get a voucher to hand in to receive your coupon booklet? I did and mine told me where to pick mine up. Mine was through the hotels though (same coupon booklet though), and I just picked mine up at check-in.

usually the pick up place is at the two main merch stores.
at ioa it is the trading store near the entrance
at the studios, near the entrance also

I just ordered my Universal tickets online. I chose the print-at-home option. When they sent me the email, there was an option to complete a survey. After I did that, they gave me a certificate to print. I am supposed to bring the certificate to the Universal Studios Store or the IOA Trading Company, and they will give me the booklet.

OK, there seems to be a lot of interest in what exactly is in the $150 savings booklet (mastercard or the voucher you present at check-in if staying at one of the on-site resorts). No one can ever seem to find the list. I posted once, but was missing more than the 4 coupons I thought I was. I finally found my missing coupons, so here are the coupons ALL IN ONE PLACE!

(Also, the coupons are small and perforated, so they are easy to carry around.)
