Finally took the AP plunge!!

I probably should have done this years ago, but I am officially a brand spanking new Passholder!! And to top it off, I snagged a spot for the Passholders' Pandora preview for my trip in May. I'm so excited to be able to be in my Happy Place more often.

Any tips for a new, solo, Passholder? Hidden discounts I might not know about?

Be sure to ask if there is an annual pass holder discount every time you purchase food or merchandise. Same thing on tours. Often there is a discount but you must ask to get it.

Congrats, my wife and I just did this as well. We also should have done it years ago. We did the math and based on the amount of days we plan on spending in the parks over the next year and with all the discounts involved (photopass, food, merchandise, etc.) it just made sense!
