Finally got chef mickeys!

After frequent checking, I was able to get 8:55am and 11:20am Adr's for CM on our first MK day. Was trying for a dinner another day, but so far no luck. These breakfast adrs are on a day where we'll be staying for parade and fireworks. Which time would you choose? How do you fit resort meals (esp breakfasts) into your touring plans? Does an 8:55am ADR just mess up your morning of touring? I was going to play it by ear on whether we needed an afternoon break or not. Kids are 9, 7 and 4. (we aren't staying at the contemporary).Thx!!!

Hmmm, tough decision. I think I would do the 8:55 ... go to the park, if need go back later in the day to return for parade and fireworks.

I might take the 11:20. You could sleep in a little or take an early swim. Eating then would take care of lunch too!! A little later start might be good on your long day at MK!! We LOVE Chef Mickey's for breakfast and go every trip!!!

What we have done in the past is, if it is an early ressie like 8:55, we go to the MK. If we do a later ressie like 11:20, we make that a rest day, by either making that a full resort day or a 1/2 resort day, by going to the parks in the evening. The time we get a Chef Mickey's always dictates what we are going to do that day. Have a great vacation!
