Loving your TR and photos.

My parents went to Malta a few years ago and their photos weren't half as nice as yours. :cutie:

Second port Tunis, Tunisia.

We did the Bardo Museum and Medina for families tour.

Our first stop was the Bardo Museum.

4606647843_fb5be3db1b_b.jpg

It's full of various mosaics, frescos and statues from all over the country. It was undergoing construction while we were there and I think it's due to last a while. It didn't affect what we saw really, there were a lot of things to see. It did get a little crowded in some areas as all the groups seemed to be going at the same pace and the same time :confused3 But if you waited a minute or two they would move on and it was easier to see things (but not to hear the guide!)

The museum is housed in an old Turkish Palace, you can still see the ornate ceilings in some areas.

As this tour was for kids too they did an activity while the adults toured the museum. They were making their own mosaics!

The bus stopped in Sorrento and dropped us off near a shop. They made furniture with veneer finishes, the prices were a bit beyond our range but there was no pressure to buy anything.

We were all given a voucher for a free drink at one of the cafe's in the town which I though was nice. Then we set off by foot to have a look around.
