Finally going! August 26-Sept 3??

I'm praying not to jinx ourselves, but after a couple of cancellations due to family emergencies and the pandemic, looks like when school breaks out for the teen over the summer we're going to make a go of Disneyland and California.

So question: we're thinking of August 26-September 3. How is the weather, park crowds, ride closures, generally during this time?
