Long story short, I finally unpacked all my SB supplies and started scrapping again after 7 long months of having my supplies boxed up.

I finished my WDW 2003 Album and posted layouts on my site.

Thanks for sharing - it looks like a great book. Terrific job! I did notice some great uses of Becky Higgins' sketches! I love those too.

Thanks for the wonderful replies! I really had fun this past week scrapping Disney! It was nice to get back into it!

Next up is our Royal Caribbean Cruise which I think I will use 8 x 8. Then I have to get caught up with my chronological album.

Six more months and I will be on the Disney Magic again, and this time I have a digital camera!! Wooo hooo lookout!!! I just got a Digital Rebel XT so I am SO excited to go on vacation with it!!!

When I get some time, I will take some pics of my new SB area.

I love my new Olympus EVOLT similar to the rebel. What a major difference it has made in lag time. Plus, I have so many more options. Enjoy your new camera! And, your cruise. I'm slightly jealous you are going

Wow - what a great album!!! Now a few questions - I love your journalling - is that your handwriting or is it computer?? Also did you take a photography course - your pictures are beautiful! And what scrapbooking classes have you had - I need to learn some of your techniques - they are amazing. Thanks for sharing.

All of my journaling is done on my computer. I hate my handwriting and I wouldn't like my layouts if I used my writing. I know some people believe that you need to have your own writing as a personal thing but I think that as long as I HAVE journaling that's as personal as I need to get
Plus I LOVE the way the right font can add to your theme for the page and make it even better!

As for my photos, thank you so much. Never taken a class although it's something I've wanted to do all my life (maybe one day!)

I guess I just love taking photos. My last WDW trip with a 35 mm camera, I took 55 rolls of film

My 2003 trip, my first with a digital, I took over 2600 photos.

This upcoming trip with my new Rebel XT, well, let's just say that I have no boundaries this time. Last time, we went to Walgreens every few days to download my 3 CF cards. Now, we have a laptop, a 70 GB hard drive and a card reader Watch out!!!

Also, the more photos you take, the better chance you have to get a great photo! Like at birthday parties, I take about 50-70 photos and I usually get about 12 great photos.

As for SB classes, never taken any. I'm just not a group crop kind of person. I kinda wish I was cus it sounds like all you guys have so much fun at your crops but really, I am a loner and I enjoy scrapping alone with my music blasting and my Photoshop and photo paper right next to me

I just kinda taught myself. If I am really blocked (rarely happens) then I look at Becky's Sketches and start from there but I like doing my own thing.

You really do learn a lot from just doing it. I mean, you can see some of my older SB albums on my site and you will see what I mean. Sometimes I look at them and think, ack! What were you thinking???? But you grow from it and learn what you like and don't like and develop your own style.

Hey hey hey! I haven't come to this board in weeks; maybe months....and I find you here today too.

Pages looking GREAT as usual!!!! I've given up all hope of ever getting back to scrapping. Thinking it's just not meant to be.

Been cleaning out condo like crazy. New condo might be built by October they say. So, maybe NEXT year, I'll try scrapping again.

Sorry for not keeping in touch. I didn't forget ya. Been thinking of you.

Good to see you on here again! You must be getting excited!! You'll probably be moving into your new home when I am in WDW!!! Loving the pics BTW! It looks like it's gonna be gorgeous!!!!
