Finally booked Fantasmic Package for Novemeber, but there was a strange problem

So, since I booked on May 7 for our trip Nov. 3-11, I have not been able to get the Fantasmic package booked due to it not being loaded in the system yet. Today, I was finally able to get it done. HOWEVER, the cm said that for some reason, it wouldn't allow Mama melrose which is what I booked for 11/5 at 4:30. He did say something about "it could be related to their service times" or something similar. Unfortunately, I didn't really have time to ask on the phone as I was running behind. I booked Hollywood and vine for same time instead. I was just curious as to what this issue could be, if any of you guys have heard of this before. I do plan on calling back next week to check into it further, as we would rather have MM, but I figured I could get some info here. Thanks in advance!!

There are several restaurants that stop lunch seating at a certain time before they start dinner seating, so this is what she could have been referring to. For example, at Le Cellier, they may stop seating people for lunch at 3:30pm and start seating for dinner at 4:30pm (these are example times, I know they do this here, but don't know the times offhand). This is done to force a break in the seating of new people and to allow the restaurant to change from the lunch menu to the dinner menu without worrying about mixing up which guest is for which meal. (It also helps to "clear the queue" of guests if they're running behind)

However, I don't think that MM would be one of these that would do this, as the lunch and dinner menus are the same now (right?) unless it's for the "Clear the queue" type of thing? Or the CM may just be wrong and it has nothing to do with service times

Thank you for responding. Yeah, I'm really not sure what it could be. We have never eaten MM before so I'm not really sure what the cm meant.
