finally booked a pool home in highlands reserve

After looking at hundreds of houses (or so it seems), I finally broke down and booked a home in Highlands Reserve today for my Oct. trip. Anyone know anything about this area or have any tips?

The managers of Highlands Reserve, Florida Team Mgmt look professional and have clean houses. I'm planning to book at Highlands for the end of July for a 5 Bdrm pool home. Did you book online and how much was your rate?

HR is on the 27 around 3 miles south of the junction with the 192 a nice mix of residential and str homes.It is easy to get to the parks -will take around 15 mins
I would guess-by using either the 192 /Sherbeth Road or going south to the I-4 or through Champions Gate. Close to Publix and a few take away eating places as well as about 5 miles south of the new Wal mart on the 27 N
Not all the homes will be managed by Florida Team Management as many owners will have their own .

The area is beautiful there is a golf course in one of the highlands the homes are beautiful. The landscape very nice. Not to far from disney I would say about 15-20 minutes. On the way there are restaurants and grocery stores for your needs. Do the Sherberth rd for disney all other parks you can do I4. Have a great time.

I booked the home from an individual who lives in the UK. They have a management company that will come out and do a walk through when we arrive to show us how everything works. They are also going to leave us a welcome pack with things like, milk, eggs, butter, soft drinks and even a bottle of wine. I can't wait.
