Finally back... after FOUR years!!

Hi everyone,

After three years of persuading my family to cruise again... I am FINALLY back ( I apologise in advance for the many questions I have). Our first cruise was on the Disney Fantasy (Western) four years ago. A year before that cruise I lived on here, but sadly after the trip... I suffered MAJOR holiday blues (and couldn't bear to be here... sorry).

We'd like to go back on the Fantasy again, this time going to the Eastern Caribbean, but with more guests. There was 11 last time - all over the age of 18, this time 16 - again, all over the age of 18, so there's pressure to get it right. We're planning to sail in Sept 2016.

Since our last cruise, so much seems to have changed... I've tried going through the forum but it seems like I've totally missed the bus. So, here I am again feeling like a total newbie (sorry again).
So... my first questions are:

1) Have DCL stopped guests from handing items in to Guest Services to be signed?

2) Have the dining rotations changed?

3) What night is Pirate night on?

4) Apart from the alcohol rule, can you think of any changes to DCL since 2012?

Not sure if you had to pick a PAT
(port arrival time ) last time you cruised.
When your booking window opens go to the Disney Web Site click on your cruise fill out all your info and pick the time you would like to arrive at the port.
When you arrive you will check in as before and will be issued a boarding #. Your boarding # is tied to your PAT.

September on the Fantasy is also Halloween on the High Seas sailings....
This year so if they continue to do it chances are cruise will be celebrating Halloween!

Oh really?? I wasn't aware that they'd started Halloween in September this year. Thanks so much for that... wouldn't want to have boarded without our costumes if that's the case
