Final Papers and Excursion Booking

We are able to start booking excursions and complete our final paperwork on Oct 22. Does that mean Oct 22 at 12:01am EST or is it not until 'normal office hours" like 8am??

Booking for excursions and onboard activities typically opens right after midnight. Sometimes I've found that the online check-in doesn't open for a few more hours -- if that's the case, you can check in for activities and try again for check-in when you get up in the morning.

I found last year that it looked like check-in didn’t open right at midnight, but as soon as I booked an activity it opened right up. Not sure if that was timing or a glitch.
