We got our documents and tags this past week. Our cruise is in 4 weeks.

Same here, we sail the 30th, got the tags Monday.

We usually get them one month out.

we got ours the week before our cruise and we booked on opening day. My TA had to make some phone calls. We were sweating it no doubt.

No need to sweat. There's really not anything in there that you HAVE to have to cruise.

The biggest thing is the online check-in document which you can print at home. If necessary you can make your own luggage tags or get them at the port.

We got only one of ours a month out then another week or so for the linked room to come. Some of those in our FB group, esp the overseas folks, didn't receive until a week out. Strangely, at port terminal check in, they used only the one book and didn't even look at the online check-in sheet I printed out. I guess it all gets linked to the Barcode in the book for everyone in your party once you register on line.

we never received them
when we got back home after our cruise, there they were..
they'd sent them while we were at WDW..

when we dropped off our bags at the port, the porter made luggage tags for us by hand....
