I try to eat something from every food group at every meal...it's kind of like a game when I scour the kitchen but kind of like a chore as I keep falling into the same rut over and over again. Does anyone have any twists on a favorite filling meal (like my favorite lunch: ham slices wrapped around mozzarella cheese sticks, tomato slices and carrots and cucumber smilies that you can dip into a healthy dressing, strawberries, and a serving of crackers) or meal ideas?
