Hi.. Finally figured out what resturants we we be eating at this upcoming August... Hoping to get some input on the order of importance when I make my reservations later in the month..besides BOG (Ik that's first priority)I feel like all the others are kinda equal? Anyway here it goes..

BOG breakfast
Beaches & Cream
Biergarten
Spice Rd table
Raglan Rd
Yak&Yeti
Sci-Fi
Via Napoli
Kona Cafe

Thanks for any advice!!°0°

You shouldn't have any trouble with those at all. Especially, if you call the first day you are able. I like those choices. The only one we haven't had is Biergarten. We've done BOG for lunch and dinner, not breakfast.

I'd prioritize Beaches & Cream I think, just because it is so darn small.

My order would be, with the splits to represent tiering. I only put BOG as high as I do because I am assuming you want a PPO. Sci-Fi and the two Epcot restaurants aren't difficult, generally. The bottom three tend to be open long past 180+10:

B&C
BOG Breakfast

Sci-Fi
Biergarten
Via Napoli

Y&Y
Spice Road
Kona

I'd book Raglan Road via the restaurant or Open Table, and not via Disney's ADR systems: http://www.opentable.com/raglan-road-irish-pub-reservations-lake-buena-vista?restref=8023.

I usually book for Christmas. I'll prioritize based on holiday, then popularity. Not sure when you're traveling, but let's say you're going for July 4th, you'll wanna secure July 4th first (unless you're eating at a less-popular restaurant that day.) If you're not traveling during a holiday, I'd make weekends your priority (especially for non-park ressies).

Prioritizing the order you book your ADRs is as important as the dates you set them for. My first recommendation would be to plan out a rough draft itinerary. Knowing where you plan on going is a good start. For instance, we know we avoid the parks on Christmas Eve, so we stick to a resort restaurant. On NYE, we go to EPCOT, so we know we'll be in EPCOT. On Jan 1st, we typically don't go to the park, so we plan for a resort ressie. Then, we work backwards. This helps plan out your ADRs and more importantly, a few backups.

Keep in mind that the 180+10 comes in handy when trying to secure more popular restaurants. Try and book the more popular restaurants for dates that only you have a window to do so. For instance, when we book for Christmas:
12/24: Competing w/ guests staying 12/14 on.
12/25: Competing with guests staying 12/15 on.
12/26: Competing with guests staying 12/16 on.
12/27: Competing with guests staying 12/17 on.
12/28: Competing with guests staying 12/18 on.
12/29: Competing with guests staying 12/19 on.
12/30: Competing with guests staying 12/20 on.

12/30 is usually our go-to for BOG. Many people will do a 10-day trip from 12/14 to 12/24, but in our experience, people either go to WDW for Christmas OR NYE. Chances are, if you book BOG for later in your trip, you'll just be competing with those whose window opened that day and maybe a few stragglers checking for reservation drops - especially if you're going during an off-peak time.

I can't see you having a problem with any of those restaurants, except BOG breakfast. Shoot to book that later in your trip. I'd make Raglan a second priority, and then Beaches and Cream. Raglan because it's immensely popular with the locals and Beaches because it's so small. Spice Road will be hard to get if it's during Illuminations, and Beaches is very popular for dinner and/or after Illuminations/Fantasmic.
