There were two guys over at the neighbors house, and some girl there also. The two people who live there are there too.
So they're talking, and the guy who lives there's wife falls, and she has really bad legs. He is trying to help her up, and the other two guys want him to take them home. He says hang on, and they start cursing at him and his wife. Then one of the guys hits the owner of the place, and the owner headlocks him and starts beating at his head. Then the girl jumped on the owner and bit a chunk out of his arm. My dad went out there and asked from out property what was going on. They got all mad and threatened to come over to our property. So my dad was out there with a bat while we were calling the police. They got here and seemed to settle everything, and my dad wants to file criminal trespassing because they were fighting in the road in front of our house, which we also own.

The police are gone now and everything seems fine, but I really wish my dad hadn't said anything to them, that we just called the cops and stayed out of it other than that.

Calling the police is always a scary thing to do. But your family did the right thing to call them and get things checked up on. Hopefully a resolution will be reached quickly and peacefully.

When I lived in an apartment building my family had to call the cops for our nieghbor because she was being stalked by her ex-boyfriend, and he showed up at her apartment next door, and started fighting with her.

I fight had happened right in front of our house about less than a week ago,
One of the neighbor kids, got into a fight and all I could hear was cursing for a long time, luckily one of the neighbors called the police
