Fifth Wheel re Canadian Deal - Looking for Someone Else in Same Boat!

We'll be going to Disneyworld for Christmas...but there are 5 of us. That means that the current Canadian offer - buy one full price adult ticket, get the second half price...only works for 4 of us: the 5th one will have to pay full price.

To that end, is there anyone else in the same boat - going with an odd number of adults who would like to contact me off line in order to try and work out a partnership arrangement so both groups can share in the savings??

With the current exchange rate, every little bit helps!

Last winter we went to WDW (three adults) and so we had the same problem as you with the uneven number of people, however we bought the tickets through Sears Travel who was selling them all at 25% off each ticket (instead of 1 at full price, second at 50% off (which would work out to the same thing if you bought even amounts of tickets)). So, you might want to phone Sears and see if they're still offering the deal the same way as they did last year.

I wish I had thought to post on the board when we bought our park hopper tickets!! We have 3 kids so splitting with someone would have been a great idea!! oh well next time!inkbounc

My brother said he was just going to buy a 5 day and use my extra park hopper plus tickets to go to Downtown Disney a lot. Sorry - hopefully there will be someone else on this board who would like to share. Hope this does not put you to any inconvenience. Have a great trip!

Hi maybe try extra mile travel, when I was quoted prices the quote was for each individual ticket $352.00 ea. I am buying four so I never thought to ask if they were sold in pairs or singlely....the bonus here too....if you collect airmiles you get 1 airmile for every $15.00 you spend plus until Dec. you get double airmiles.

I am in a similar boat - we are 3 paying visitors - 2 adults and one child (we have another child but she's two - free). I would LOVE to figure out a way to get the discount on the third ticket, but after reading this board today, I called Sears, who wouldn't do it, and Extra-Mile, who also didn't know about it....so I'm losing hope. Also, when I spoke to Sears, and I suggested that I find another odd-numbered family, she said it wouldn't work unless we were travelling together, since the vouchers were dated.
