Fifteen Dollar Rebate on Amazon GC Purchase

Has anyone used ebillme.com to buy gift cards? I saw this on amazons website. They are offering a fifteen dollar rebate when you buy one hundred dollars or more in amazon gift cards and pay through them. You use the bill pay function on your bank account to do it. I was wondering if anyone has used this service before and what there thoughts were? They also have the same offer for cabelas and bass pro shop. And there offering five percent cash back rewards on zappos.com gift cards.
