Fiestaware 5-piece place setting for $10 at my JCPenney

My local JCPenney marked down the Fiestaware 5-piece place settings to $9.97 today. Also marked down to $9.97 were the Fiestaware pots and pans (skillets, saucepans, frying pans, cast iron skillets, and small cast iron casseroles). I was also able to purchase a Fiestaware 6 piece steak knife set for $9.97. I spent $73 and "saved" over $540 with the markdowns.
At my store, they were also marking down a lot of the Martha Stewart products. Some of her food products were clearance priced at $1.97 - $2.99.
My JCPenney aggressively marks down merchandise that is not selling so you may not find these prices at your store.

Cherry Hill Mall. They were still marking down merchandise in the housewares department when I left tonight.

They would not let me use the $10 off $25 or the additional 25% off coupons because they were not valid on clearance merchandise and the Fiestware was considered clearance.

I used the $10 off $25 on some clearance clothes without any problem.

I checked our store here and the dishes were on sale but it was $9.99 for a plate not a 5 piece set. I don't really need it but I thought about it for DD that will be moving out soon.

I went to look at our mall today and it turns out the "homegoods" are in a separate store across the road from the mall, and I was shopped out before getting there. May try again today if the rain lets up.
