Festival of the Seasons at Downtown Disney

Can someone tell me what sort of activities take place at Downtown Disney's Festival of the Seasons? Is is just the same shopping plaza but decorated for Christmas? Is there entertainment?

When DH and I were there around Christmas two years ago they had santa, ice skating, carolers and periodically they would have acts on a stage - high school bands and singers, choirs, etc.
