Festival of the Masters in Nov

I've read on several websites that an event called Festival of the Masters will be happening at DTD from Nov 12-14. I gather that it's somewhat of an art exhibition, but I wondered if anyone knows more about it.

Are there pieces of art/extra merchandise for sale, or is it mostly to look at?

Should we block extra time on our itinerary to view?

I was pretty excited about it last year until we got there. A few exhibitors with things on sale, some art going on, a few things for the kids and that was about it. We didn't even waste an hour there after we got there. It just wasn't our cup of tea.
