Do the podcasters (or whatever dfb is called for example) traditionally do a review on Youtube the first day of the FotA? It seems that I may have seen one, but I'm not sure-I don't watch Youtube that often. But I'll make it a point to if there'll be reviews this weekend. Gotta know before I go what's good and what's not. It's a solo trip and I can't eat everything!

Great! Can't wait for this weekend. Otherwise, I'll be trying to stuff myself with 14 choices in 2 days.

If you like chocolate even a little bit, the Sipping Chocolate Flight is a must-do. One of my favorite things I've ever consumed at an Epcot festival!

If they use the same chocolate as in the past it's Callebaut (which is the chocolate used at the Ganacherie in Disney Springs too) and is my go to chocolate when making truffles. To me one of the absolute best chocolates. Definitely shareable between 2-3 people it's so rich!

I will admit I'm very upset that they do not have the liquid nitrogen dipped chocolate mousse topped with caramel that they had several times in the past - that was amazing! But looks like a few other good desserts.

I thought the liquid nitrogen mousse was a Food and Wine item. Regardless, they didn't have it at Food and Wine a few months ago either. We miss it too.
