I liked it better than Tom did. I think it matched European tastes just right since we Americans put so much sugar in everything.

Very nicely done, Tom (and Martha).

The Jewish deli I worked at for several years made sweet kugel and tzimmes that were very popular, but I never cared for either - not keen on sweets, period.
