Festival of Fantasy Parade help

(I hope I'm posting this question in the right place!)

We will be in WDW in November. I have a FP for 7DMT from 2:30-3:30. The parade starts at 3. So what is my best bet for trying to do both? 7DMT right at 2:30 and then head to the parade route, or catch the parade near Liberty Square and then go to 7DMT after it passes by - could we get in line by 3:30 that way?

Liberty Square for the parade and then you'll have plenty of time to get to Mine Train. There is a 15 minute grace period so you do have until 3:45 to reach the ride.
